I have been part of LIC for more than 30 years now.

I'm currently working as a Senior Business Associate at LIC.

My journey with Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) began on Feb 1, 1994, as an Administrative Assistant. Got 70% in associate papers conducted by the Insurance Institute of India (AIII).

I have got administrative exposure in all the departments at the branch level.

From Sept 16, 2007, I started my journey as a Development Officer (DO) in LIC. I have stood No.2 in the development officer test from the batch of 2007.

I have worked for 16 years as a Development Officer and gained a lot of Marketing exposure.

In these 17 years, I have made  100+High net-worth individuals (HNIs) Policies.

Became the first person who published 5 books on the Life Insurance Agency exam(IC-33,IC-38), Created content on the Agency exam, the videos benefited thousands of prospect agents.

Recruited 350+ agents, Trained more than 30 Probationary development officers in Karimnagar division, Telangana, and Trained more than 1500 agents across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Now as a Senior Business Associate MY TEAM PRAGATHI consists of 80 plus agents and comprises of all walks of life and especially few are MDRT agents, ZM club ,DM club ,BM club agents and my own support system for training and grooming the agents is a continuous process from my side
